At An Old Mans Art, each product is made to order and printed specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size or color selection. Please review product details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, a refund may be issued.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, size, color, or design because of an order fulfillment error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received.
We will work with you to correct the order.
Size or Color Selection
Because products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the size or color selected during checkout was incorrect.
Please review the product information and available sizing before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not already begun.
After production begins, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.
Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow up to 3 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery.
If the package is still missing, contact us within 14 days of the recorded delivery date so we can review the situation with you.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
